This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, managing inventory, and ensuring effective product presentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store functioning and optimal stock levels.Manage inventory control, order replenishment, and sales data analysis to optimize stock availability.Collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing, finance) for operational alignment.Merchandising:Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer engagement.Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to drive product assortment decisions.Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, product launches, and visual displays.Leadership & Team Management:Lead and manage teams to ensure the effective execution of operational and merchandising tasks.Train and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback and support.Reporting & Analysis:Analyze sales data, inventory turnover, and stock levels to identify opportunities for improvement.Prepare reports on operational performance, merchandising outcomes, and inventory metrics.Implement corrective actions based on data analysis to meet KPIs.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in retail operations, merchandising, or inventory management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in sales data analysis, inventory management software, and retail management systems.Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer demands.Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
