This position combines interior design knowledge with sales expertise, requiring strong customer service skills and an understanding of design trends.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget. Offer personalized design solutions, whether it’s for a home, office, or commercial space.Sales & Product Knowledge: Sell furniture, decor, lighting, fabrics, and other design elements by demonstrating how they fit into the client’s vision. Stay informed about current design trends and new product offerings.Design Presentations: Prepare mood boards, layouts, and design concepts to present to clients, showcasing how various pieces and elements can come together.Project Management: Oversee the project from initial consultation to installation, ensuring the client's needs are met throughout the process.Closing Sales: Finalize sales, negotiate pricing, and ensure that contracts are signed for projects.Follow-up: Follow up on previous clients for potential future business, and check-in on the progress of designs already in place.Customer Service: Ensure a high level of satisfaction by resolving client concerns and offering after-sales support when necessary.Collaboration: Work with other design team members, suppliers, and installers to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
