Job Description -Responsible for delivering high quality of customer service and support (installation and trouble shooting) in responsible area.-Providing remote(on-call) and on-site service.-support and maintenance for company products Ensure ongoing or critical technical situations are escalated as appropriate in a timely manner-Continuously review and monitor service delivery-work-flows-Closely work with the service and sales teams to identify, develop, and coordinate various fieldsupport functions-Continuously monitor customer satisfaction through surveys or direct feedback.-Advise the distributor service teams on the actions necessary to address issues/maximise cooperation opportunities-Ensure situations are prioritized and resources are allocated where the service operations are unable to satisfy demand from their own teams for either Service or Order Fulfillment activities.-Deliver training to distributor service team.-Manage installed instrument in responsible area.-Perform other related ad hoc dutiesEducation -Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electronic or biomedical engineering or related.Experience -Minimum 3 years engineer experience in IVD (in vitro diagnostic) products.-Deep knowledge in IVD (in vitro diagnostics)Language-Englishothers-Positive and optimistic personality, good communication skills and service awareness-Travel acceptable
