The firm is seeking bright, enthusiastic, hard-working, and flexible individuals who will have the ability to work effectively across industry subsegments and service offerings. As a member of the Energy Market Research Practice, a Project Manager’s primary responsibility will be to analyze markets, develop competitive and technical information, and build solid analysis and insights for client engagements, using secondary and primary research methods. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage their own work and support junior as well as senior staff during the execution of projects. Energy Market Research Practice at Kline primarily focuses on conducting in-depth market research and analysis in such product sectors as finished lubricants (industrial and automotive), lubricant base stocks, lubricant additives, synthetic lubricants, metal working fluids, petroleum waxes, and other related specialty products. The clients include leading multinational and regional lubricant industry companies. Job Description: Reports to the Director - Energy Practice • Manages global studies on budget with the help of our global teams • Gathers and analyzes information, developing insights into market trends and outlook • Prepares written reports, as well as presentations • Helps the Director with new business development initiatives Job Requirements: • Qualified candidates will have at least a master’s in business management and a bachelor’s in engineering - Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemicals, or related science. • In addition, industry experience in consulting, market research and/or competitive intelligence, or strategic marketing, with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, is essential.
