Applications are invited for the post of Assistant Professor for Kirit P. Mehta School of Law - Mumbai Campus.The required qualificationsFOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT PROFESSORi. Essential:a) Master’s Degree in a related discipline with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade or Cumulative Grade Point Average in a defined scale, with good academic record. The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or SLET/SET accredited by UGC.ORii. Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable :a) Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience.b) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.c) Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.Pay Scales: As per UGC guidelines; but will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
