This role will be pivotal in engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales process by providing initial consultations and information.Job Description:The Education Pre-Sales Representative  will be responsible for initiating the first contact with prospective clients, generating qualified leads, educating them on our products/services, and scheduling follow-up meetings for the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to qualify leads based on business needs.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (B2B or B2C) to introduce our products/services and set appointments for the sales team.Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess client needs.Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system/ Zoho CRM.Engage with potential clients to explain the features and benefits of our products/services.Answer inquiries and provide relevant information that assists in the decision-making process.Understand client pain points and provide tailored solutions or direct them to the appropriate resources.Set up meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to actual sales engagement.Follow up on initial calls to nurture leads and ensure they are progressing through the sales funnel.Send follow-up emails or additional resources based on client conversations.Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients, ensuring a positive experience.Provide excellent customer service to maintain interest and move leads forward.Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary information and support during the sales process.Share insights on client needs and feedback to help refine sales strategies.Qualifications and Skills:Experience:3+ years of experience in a sales development or telemarketing role, preferably in the education sector.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to engage potential clients in meaningful conversations and build rapport quickly.Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage leads.Understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.Ability to identify potential business opportunities and generate interest in products/services.Motivated to meet and exceed targets for calls, lead conversion with a focus on generating qualified leads and setting up meetings.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Minimum 3 years of experience working in a remote setup .Self starter who takes ownership of tasks assigned.Education:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
