The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting forensic solutions to law enforcement agencies, private security firms, investigation agencies, and corporate clients.Key Responsibilities (KRA):Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify potential clients and generate leads for forensic products.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, government bodies, corporate security teams, and private investigation firms.Provide product demonstrations and technical insights to clients.Product Knowledge & TrainingStay updated on forensic technology, tools, and applications.Provide training and support to clients on product usage.Proposal & NegotiationPrepare sales proposals, quotations, and tenders for forensic solutions.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with customers.Collaboration with Internal TeamsWork closely with technical teams for product customization and implementation.Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and product launches.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all sales transactions and documentation comply with industry regulations.Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.
