We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, drive engagement, and build a strong online community.Role OverviewThe Social Media Manager will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and executing content across social platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to grow HAY!’s online presence, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement a data-driven social media strategy for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.Plan and manage a monthly content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.Research and stay updated on fashion trends, digital marketing tactics, and social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.Content Creation & ExecutionConceptualize and create high-quality, engaging content (reels, videos, stories, posts) that resonates with the target audience.Work closely with the design and content teams to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone.Write compelling captions, scripts, and social media copy that align with HAY!’s brand personality.Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of content for maximum engagement and visibility.Community Building & EngagementBuild and nurture an engaged online community by responding to comments, DMs, and customer queries in a brand-aligned tone.Develop and execute interactive campaigns, challenges, and contests to increase engagement and brand loyalty.Collaborate with brand advocates, micro-communities, and fashion influencers to expand HAY!’s digital footprint.Influencer & Brand CollaborationsIdentify, onboard, and manage relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and brand partners to enhance brand credibility.Negotiate and track influencer campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven collaborations.Coordinate UGC (User-Generated Content) initiatives and leverage influencer content for brand storytelling.Performance Analysis & OptimizationTrack and analyze key social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions, and audience growth).Use insights from analytics tools to optimize content strategy and improve performance.Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align social media efforts with paid campaigns and overall brand goals.Requirements1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and content trends.Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools.Experience in influencer marketing and community building.Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual content conceptualization skills.Ability to analyze data and optimize content accordingly.Passion for fashion and youth trends is a plus.Full-time availability (No freelancers).Why Join HAY!?Be part of a fast-growing, trend-forward fashion brand.Work remotely while having the creative freedom to experiment and innovate.Lead and shape the brand’s digital presence and community.Opportunity to collaborate with influencers and fashion enthusiasts.
