You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop engaging materials that drive engagement, enhance brand identity, and communicate ideas clearly to target audiences.ResponsibilitiesVisual Content Creation: Design high-quality visuals for, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other digital platforms.Marketing Collateral: Create brochures, banners, infographics, email templates, and other print or digital marketing materials.Digital Media and Interactive Design: Create designs for digital platforms, including web graphics, banner ads, mobile layouts, and social media content.Brand Development and Identity: Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all brand assets.Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to deliver creative solutions for campaigns and product launches. Translate ideas into brand communication designs and visual storytelling.Innovation: Stay updated with design trends and apply them creatively in line with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Experience: 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate industries or Digital media platforms.Skills· Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other tools.· Ensure that designs are optimized for various formats and platforms, including print and digital media.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.· Creative thinking and original design concept development.· Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Must have· Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.· Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.· Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual aesthetic.
