This resource will work with a larger team of functional and technical Oracle Energy and Water consultants. The candidate will have hands-on experience with Customer Information Systems for Oracle CC&B/C2M/CCS v2.5 - v2.9. This role will be responsible for the development of new features, requiring experience developing in Java and Groovy within OUAF. Role & Responsibilities * Ownership of Solution Strategy - responsible for working with the functional team to define business requirements and providing the best practice recommendations.* Ownership of Solution Design - translate business requirements into a Technical Design (TD) specification document. * Responsible for Development - responsible for developing atop of the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) version 4.5.x. This development will be a mix of Java, Groovy, and SQL.* Responsible for Unit Testing - responsible for performing development unit testing to assure the design and code base is configured and developed in accordance with the TD docs.* Responsible for Break Fixes - responsible for supporting the System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and production operations for break fixes identified. *Responsible for Development Standards - responsible for expanding our development standards and adapting them to the new CCS Utilities Cloud foundation given the OUAF roadmap.Requirements * 4+ years of experience as a Java Developer* 3+ years of experience working as an Oracle Utilities Application Framework developer. * 3+ years of experience working with the Oracle CCB, C2M, and/or CCS* Strong ability to Design and Develop customizations and new functionalities.* Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities schema (tables and relationships) and SQL.* Prefer candidates with v2.7+ experience in C2M, or CCS.Nice to Have * Candidate has hands-on v2.9 C2M experience.* Candidate has hands-on v23+ CCS experience.* Candidate has hands-on CCS Groovy development experience.* Candidate has hands-on In-line Batch development experience.* Candidate has hands-on experience working with RESTful web services.
