Join us to be part of an innovative company that values excellence and growth.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead/ Specialist to spearhead our growth initiatives and build strong, long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Commercial real estate and technology industries, coupled with experience in driving new business opportunities and achieving revenue growth.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new markets, generate leads, and develop strategies that enhance client engagement and boost the company’s presence in the industry. This position is full-time with standard working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including breaks.******** Excellent Communication is a MUST*********Responsibilities:Market Research:Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.Leverage insights to refine business strategies and identify untapped opportunities.Lead Generation & Conversion:Identify and engage potential clients through multiple channels (cold calls, email campaigns, social media, and networking events).Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to convert leads into long-term partnerships.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Sales Presentations & Proposals:Develop compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.Present solutions effectively to key stakeholders to close new business deals.Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and product teams to create customized sales materials that support business development efforts.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client expectations are consistently met.Performance Analysis:Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and ensure targets are met.Prepare regular reports on business development activities, forecasts, and outcomes.Negotiation & Closing:Lead contract negotiations to close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.Budget Management:Manage business development budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.Experience in the real estate or technology industries is preferred.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.MBA is a plus.Role: Business Development LeadIndustry Type: Real EstateDepartment: Business DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full Time, Permanent
