Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer located in BPCL Refinery, Bina, Madhya Pradesh . The Billing Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as preparing Site RA Bills with client, Site RA bills with sub- contractors, BOQ, conducting rate analysis, quantity surveying, using billing systems, and utilizing analytical skills to support project billing processes.Experience & Role:Experience in Refineries, Industrial sector, Petrochemical sector, etc. for not less than 3-5 yearsSite RA Bills with clientSite RA bills with sub- contractorsProficiency in BOQ preparation, Rate Analysis, and Quantity SurveyingStrong analytical skills and ability to use billing systems effectivelyExperience in the field of construction billing and cost estimationKnowledge of engineering principles and construction practicesDiploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
