ServiceNow ITOM Developer Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Maintenance: o Continue the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management). o Maintain and optimize existing ITOM functionalities to ensure reliability and performance. o Ensure the platform aligns with best practices and organizational requirements. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management and work with the relevant team and ServiceNow support System Integration and Networking: o Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with other systems and tools used in the organization. o Utilize knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure to support accurate discovery and service mapping. o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations and platform functionality. Stakeholder Collaboration: o Work in a matrixed way with stakeholders across IT, business units, and external vendors. o Understand and translate business needs into ITOM configurations and workflows. o Provide guidance, training, and documentation to ensure stakeholder adoption and satisfaction. Project Leadership and Execution: o Drive ITOM-related projects to completion within established timelines and budgets. o Communicate progress and challenges effectively to stakeholders and leadership. o Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Documentation and Compliance: o Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations. o Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies, including security and data governance.
