Work with business analyst teams to define and prioritize requirements for product and feature launches. Facilitate requirement workshops to capture and finalize business needs. Collaborate with design teams to define customer journeys and user experiences for both standalone and embedded digital solutions. Own the creation of feature specifications and reusable documentation for defined products and propositions. Work closely with business stakeholders and product owners to evaluate pain points, opportunities, and requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs. Create and analyze business process models(BPMN, Flowcharts, Swimlane Diagrams) to optimize workflows and operations. Develop system and functional diagramsincluding Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to translate business needs into technical requirements. Collaborate with design teamsto define customer journeys, user experiences, and UI/UX wireframes for digital solutions. Own the creation of feature specificationsand reusable documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, epics, and user stories. Translate product/platform vision and roadmapinto actionable business requirements using system modeling techniques (Component Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams). Perform strategic analysisusing Decision Trees, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, and RACI matrices to assess risks, opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Develop reporting and KPI tracking dashboards , utilizing Fishbone Diagrams and Pareto Charts to assess business performance. Ensure seamless communicationbetween business stakeholders, technical, and delivery teams for high-quality execution. Perform due diligence across the product/project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with technical solutions, dependencies, and risk management. Assist in project delivery management, balancing multiple projects across the lifecycle.Skills & Experience: Degree or equivalent qualification. 3-5 years of experience in digital delivery within a Business Analyst role, ideally in an Agile environment. Strong technical business analysis skills with a focus on system interactions, mapping, and documentation. Understanding of product/platform lifecycle management, particularly in web/mobile technology, with a focus on user journeys and customer experience. Knowledge of e-commerce, customer servicing and digital sales is a plus. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Projects, and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex business issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, managing tight timelines and evolving priorities. Ability to independently drive initiatives, think strategically, and lead cross-functional teams.
