Maintain a backlog in collaboration with other Business Analysts. Advocate for ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box approach, ensuring business requirements are met. Prepare and deliver product demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs), gathering feedback and defining improvements. Stay updated on new ServiceNow SPM features, ensuring designs remain future-proof. Collaborate with technical teams to configure the ServiceNow SPM suite to support business needs.
