We are eagerly looking for passionate people committed to building a solid career in the international Staffing & Recruiting industry and open to working the night (US) shift.Top required Skills:1+ years of experience working as a Healthcare Recruiter.Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector.Familiar with Onboarding and related compliances.Experienced in navigating ATS tools.Experienced in submitting candidates to client portals.Strong understanding of non-conventional recruiting.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to job understanding, candidate sourcing, social networking, phone screening, email communication, documentation, summary writing, and presentation.Identifying the right candidates with the right skills to match the US clients’ requirementsRegularly interacting with the Account Manager to understand the requirementsShould understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruitingShould ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisitionMake use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referralsMust have experience in the full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, offer extension, and post-placement care)Ability to work as a good team player, Maintaining & building the candidate databaseRequired Skills:Minimum 12+ months of Full Cycle Recruiting experience particularly in the healthcare domain for the US staffing and recruiting industry.Possess a strong understanding and knowledge of healthcare verbatims.Demonstrate self-development and research skills and able to verify all healthcare-related certifications and licenses using open-source sites.Excellent English language skills including reading, writing and speaking.Ability to communicate fluently with foreign nationals.Self-motivated, passionate and energetic professionals.Note: This is not a remote opportunity and select individuals will be required to work ONSITE at our Vadodara office.
