Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively promote the international programs, partnerships, and initiatives of the university. Create engaging content for various communication channels, including websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to international affairs and alliances, and coordinate responses with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with internal departments, academic units, and external partners to identify and highlight success stories, research achievements, and impactful international collaborations. Manage the Office of International Affairs and Alliances' digital presence, including website content updates, social media postings, and multimedia content development. Plan and execute communication campaigns and events to promote internationalization efforts and foster global engagement among students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Provide communication support for international events, conferences, workshops, and symposiums hosted or sponsored by the university. Monitor media coverage and public perception of international affairs, identify trends, and proactively address any reputational risks or challenges. Evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives through metrics and analytics, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Supervise and mentor communication staff or interns assigned to support international communication projects and initiatives.
