Job Role: Support the retailer sales development process without having direct primary sales responsibility. Assist in fostering relationships with retailers to enhance brand presence and product visibility. Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to execute retailer events effectively. Assist in ensuring event logistics, promotions, and overall success. Aid in the closing of retailer schemes to ensure that all terms are met and completed on time. Coordinate with both internal teams and external retailers to track progress and resolve any issues. Perform a minimum of 8 to 10 customer visits per day, ensuring consistent market coverage. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and stakeholders in the assigned locations. Contribute to the identification of new opportunities within the retailer ecosystem. Assist retailers in understanding product offerings and promotional schemes to increase sales. Provide solutions to challenges faced by retailers in order to drive sales and growth. Travel will include visits to various locations as per the assigned territories. Key Skills: Good presentation & communication skills Ability to represent the brand professionally. Fluency in regional language. Energetic, motivated, and a go-getter attitude. Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers. Willingness to travel extensively and cover market areas. A team player with the ability to collaborate with various internal departments (Branding, Marketing, Sales). Experience: 2 - 4 years in large Retail format organizations Qualification & Experience: B. Com, MBA will be an added advantage.
