Summary: The Human Resources Financial Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing and managing financial data related to HR functions, including compensation, benefits, and workforce planning. This position bridges the gap between HR and Finance by providing data-driven insights to optimize labor costs, forecast workforce expenses, and support strategic decision-making. Primary Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyze HR-related financial data, including salaries, benefits, incentives, and payroll costs. Develop reports and dashboards to track expenses and trends. Monitor and forecast labor costs to support budget planning. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to optimize spending. Compensation & Benefits Analysis. Evaluate benefits costs and recommend cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and reconcile monthly vendor invoices. Assist with annual benefit renewal construction and testing in HRIS. Assist in incentive program modeling and financial impact assessments. Workforce Planning & Budgeting. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to develop annual workforce budgets. Analyze headcount trends, turnover rates, and hiring forecasts. Provide financial modeling for workforce expansion or restructuring initiatives. HR Systems & Data Management. Work with HRIS and financial systems to gather and analyze workforce data. Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting. Primary Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, HR analytics, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and financial modeling tools. Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and workforce planning. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with HR and Finance.
