The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a strong background in tendering processes, bid evaluation, and contract administration within the engineering and construction sectors. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Master’s degree specializing in Procurement, Contract Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university. Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in procurement and contract management. Proven expertise in tendering, strategic sourcing, bid evaluation, and contract negotiations. Technical Skills: Knowledge of procurement laws, contract regulations, and industry best practices. Proficiency in procurement management software and ERP systems. Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to acquire goods and services at optimal cost, quality, and timelines. Oversee the tendering process, including preparing Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations to Bid (ITBs). Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements with suppliers and contractors. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies. Monitor contract execution, supplier performance, and risk management. Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and legal departments to ensure efficient procurement processes. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for auditing and decision-making.
