Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Closeloop’s offerings accordingly. Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients. Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring they meet targets and develop professionally. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and position Closeloop competitively. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to tailor solutions and enhance customer engagement. Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools (preferably Zoho) to ensure a structured sales process. Revenue & Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering value-driven solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in IT services sales, B2B sales, or enterprise sales . Strong understanding of software development, cloud solutions, AI services, CRM & ERP projects, digital transformation, and IT consulting . Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience managing a sales team and driving team performance. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans . Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or other CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling custom software development, AI solutions, or enterprise IT services .
