Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily gym operations, facility management, and staff performance . Ensure seamless membership management, check-ins, and customer support services . Maintain high hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance standards at all gym locations. Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of operations and member experience. Customer Experience & Membership Services Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing queries, complaints, and feedback promptly. Monitor membership sales, renewals, and retention strategies. Develop and enforce customer service protocols and front-desk management . Work closely with the sales team to optimize customer onboarding and satisfaction . Team Leadership & Coordination Supervise and train gym staff, front-desk executives, trainers, and housekeeping personnel . Create and maintain staff schedules, attendance tracking, and performance evaluation . Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve service quality and professionalism. Inventory & Facility Management Oversee gym equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, and facility upkeep . Manage vendor relationships for facility supplies, cleaning services, and equipment servicing. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for gym operations. Administrative & Financial Oversight Maintain accurate records of gym activities, revenue tracking, and expense management . Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll processing and financial reporting. Monitor budget adherence and cost-effective operations . Required Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in gym operations, hospitality, or customer service management . Strong leadership and team management skills . Proficiency in CRM software, gym management tools, and Microsoft Office . Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities .
