About the job Delta Electronic DC Business platform division is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Data Center cooling projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Data Centre operations, cooling systems, and project management. Primary Responsibilities: · Overall responsibility of completing multiple projects simultaneously by ensuring project processes, on time delivery and customer satisfaction maintaining quality and scope with zero or positive deviation in booked margin. · Maintenance of the project plan. Work with the customer’s PM to coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issues. · To proactively develop & manage Project Engineers, Project partners, tools, equipment and materials required for smooth & successful projects execution. · Lead & participate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being quoted to ensure labor estimates & schedules are correct and that the DC Cooling project work is achievable from a technical perspective. Ensure that subcontracts quotations, where applicable, are complete and documented. · Lead risk review and sales to operations kick-off/handover meetings for assigned projects. · Lead Project monitoring, Planning, progress reporting internally & customer and controlling project equipment procurement/ sourcing, engineering, Production, FAT, Logistics. Evaluating trends & predicting risks & on-time mitigation. · Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Manage expectations and provide regular project updates. · Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. · Leadership Behavior in line with Delta core values & seen as exemplary leader. Knowledge / Experience · BE/ B.Tech Refrigeration/Air conditioning, Electrical/Electronic with minimum12-15years HVAC Projects experience (preferably Data Centre Cooling) with minimum 5years in leadership role. · PMI certifications shall be a plus · Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, DC infrastructure, Innovative DC cooling technologies, implementation & commissioning · EH&S champion in Data Centre Projects · Leadership skills include employee mentoring and development. Ability to empower others through delegating responsibility. · Strong analytical, Problem Solving, verbal & communication skills
