Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize for better ROI. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting. Develop ad creatives in collaboration with the design team. Track budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution. Generate performance reports and provide insights for improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in Google & Meta Ads management. Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite. Knowledge of SEO & SEM is a plus. Experience in healthcare marketing is an advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills.
