Position: IT RecruiterCompany: Ojas Innovative TechnologiesWork Location: Financial District, HyderabadWork Mode: Work from OfficeWorking Days: 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMExperience: Minimum 2 years – Maximum 4 yearsAbout the Role:We are looking for a skilled and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team at Ojas Innovative Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, including expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring and Contract Staffing, and will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to meet our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent.Candidate Sourcing and Screening:Leverage job boards, professional networks, and other channels to source qualified candidates.Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidate’s qualifications, experience, and compatibility with job requirements.C2H and Contract Staffing:Specialize in C2H hiring and contract staffing for IT roles, ensuring a seamless hiring process for short-term and long-term contract requirements.Client Coordination:Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and project needs.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure alignment on hiring goals.Interview Coordination:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.Conduct initial screenings and assessments to shortlist suitable candidates.Candidate Engagement:Maintain constant communication with candidates to provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a positive recruitment experience.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience:Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.Strong expertise in C2H hiring and contract staffing.Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.Sourcing Expertise:Proficiency in using job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, ) and other sourcing tools.Strong database management and pipeline creation skills.Interpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.Organizational Skills:Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.Proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlines.Why Join Ojas Innovative Technologies?- Work in a collaborative and professional environment. - Opportunity to work with industry-leading clients and cutting-edge technologies. - Competitive salary and growth opportunities. - 5-day work week to ensure work-life balance.If you are passionate about IT recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the success of Ojas Innovative Technologies.
