Job Description: 1- Production/Operations: Co-ordinate and implement various activities to achieve production targets within time schedule & budget for Stable Bleaching Powder. Check plant performance parameters on daily basis and report. 2- Product Quality: Implement process parameters for quality requirements as per customer needs. Monitor & maintain process quality parameters. 3- Plant Performance: Implement plans to ensure optimum plant performance for achieving targets. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for maximum efficiency and less damage. Check & inform breakdown failures, shutdown losses, etc. 4- Operational efficiency & Continuous Improvement: Check process conditions to improve the operational efficiency. 5- System Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM): Adhere to safety & statutory environmental requirements. Train the team to comply with these norms. 6- Customer Service: Maintain system and procedures for customer delight. Identify internal and external customer needs & take timely action on the same. 7- Handling of hazardous Chemicals. Emergency control during the shift. 8- People Development: Build & sustain a congenial work culture by effective management of people. 9- Experience in SAP
