Account Management : Associate Director /Account DirectorSeniority Level: Senior Level (8 - 10Years)Job Function: Advertising, Client ManagementEmployment Type: Full TimeJob descriptionPosition SummaryWe are looking for you - The, Account Director has ultimate accountability for the effectiveness of the entire Client Servicing team. An Account Director looks beyond the day-to-day needs of an account to ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue. The Account Director must serve as the client’s strategic marketing partner and must provide leadership in the category of interactive marketing. The Account Director also serves as the internal team leader and drives integration with all the verticals. This role is responsible for demonstrating a strong working knowledge of the Indian digital space. The role sets the tone for how the account is managed by assuring focus on key client objectives and best practices. Account Management Develops, manages, and monitors client service delivery executions of the assigned accountsOversees process development and execution managementAssures quality control of all campaign planning and implementationEnforces Best PracticesPrepares and presents annual financial plans and human resources plans Client Management Acts as a client visionary by bringing a highly valued perspective to the client based on a deep understanding of their business, issues and opportunitiesOversee the implementation of the annual planning in conjunction with the client teamContinuously evaluate and improve upon all digital media opportunitiesTo become completely familiar with the client’s organizational structure, planning process, marketing calendar and the needs of key stakeholders.
