The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering group loan payments while maintaining positive relationships with clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of loan recovery processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLoan Recovery:Ensure timely collection of repayments from group loan borrowers.Follow up with overdue clients and provide necessary guidance for repayment.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers to encourage timely payments.Address customer queries and provide resolution regarding loan accounts.Field Visits:Conduct field visits for overdue accounts and recover outstanding payments.Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines during recovery activities.Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections, follow-ups, and repayments.Provide regular updates and reports to the branch and management teams.Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams for resolving discrepancies and addressing borrower concerns.Assist in identifying and mitigating risks in the loan recovery process.Key RequirementsExperience: 1–5 years of experience in loan recovery or a similar role.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge: Familiarity with Jhanjharpur's local areas is an added advantage.Education: Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant certifications will be preferred.Other Requirements:Ability to travel extensively for field visits.Basic knowledge of financial products and recovery processes
