Roles and Responsibilities Sourcing candidates, lining up them and arranging Interviews.Following the selected candidates for required docs.Doing the process for releasing the offers to selected candidates and following them for joining / on boarding in the system.Conducting interview drives to respective locations & ensuring daily offer nos. of targets. Doing the branch visits / travel and closing the gaps on time. Candidates should be willing for frequent travels of the respective locations. Hands-on sourcing methodologies using Naukri / LinkedIn / Social Media etc.
