Responsibilities : - Head the finance function of the factory Manage material consumption, wastage, inventory valuation, repairs & maintenance and other fixed and variable costs related to the factory Drive cost efficiencies and financial disciplines across operations and processes Manage capex projects and implement financial control in project operations Maintenance of Cost Record as per Cost Audit Preparation of periodical MIS and provide strategic inputs for better financial management Assist in monthly closing and audit of books of account at plant location Assist in financial planning, Budget Vs Actual monitoring, variance analysis and expense management Education/Qualifications/ Work experience/technical skills Should be qualified CMA/ICWA Proven work experience in factory finance roles preferably in FMCG companies What are the behavioral competencies, - Must have / nice to have.
