Major Challenges: •To improve Social Satisfaction, •To ensure effective community engagement in each and every activity, •To mobilize funds from various govt. schemes, •To strengthen our relationship with nearby villages and build a good image in the society Job Challenges: Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters)Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)KRA1Identify the needs of villagers for community developmentTo conduct a base line survey of nearby villages namely Madheypur, Baijnath, Sonara, Hinoti, Narora, Chhijwar, Khamariya, Bholgarh, Baheliya, Deora, Kothar, Katiga,KRA2Planning & Budgeting of CSR activitiesTo plan & prepare annual budget for CSR activities (Rs. 175.0 Lakh) for approval of senior managementKRA3Timely execution of various CSR activities as per corporate guidelines:Education & Capacity Building: Increase enrolment of students especially girl child in primary schools, conduct coaching classes for Navodaya, scholarship to meritorious students, Construction/ renovation of toilet blocks to reduce drop out of girl child. Health & Family welfare: To organize Health check-up camps in nearby villages, one multi-speciality camp in a year, eye check- up camps with specs for old age persons of nearby villages, to provide safe drinking water, renovation/ construction of toilets. Sustainable Livelihood: Farmers training on modern farming & cash crop, women empowerment through various skill development training programme, to support women SHGs, collaboration with NABARD for farmers club. Infrastructure Development: Construction/ renovation of community hall, village roads, sports grounds, ponds deepening etc. Social Causes: Formation of community based organization/ SHGs, various community awareness programme, support rural cultural programme, mass marriages etc.
