Roles and Responsibilities Achieve sales target from DSAs by acquiring new DSAs and maintaining existing relationships by visits at pre-defined frequency Sourcing to be strictly as per policy parameters & acceptable risk norm of the organisation Ensure activation of channels (%) on monthly basis by regular engagement, training & relationship with DSAs To coordinate with the product management and marketing team, for effective training of DSA of our USPs & Policy guidelines and promotional material if any for customer acquisition at local level Ensuring sourcing mix of Corporate DSA: Retail DSA, SEP: SENP profile, Uniform Disbursement, WIRR, PF% & Insurance penetration Coordinate with functional teams to resolve issues concerning DSAs including pay-outs, login issues etc. Manage & coordinate DSAs on a regular level to oversee seamless journey for loan application process
