Job Description

KRA 1: Ensure all the compliance complete in open and close of New Branch•Responsible to identify location for branch office, set-up branch office with prior approval of furniture and fixture from RM.KRA 2: Vendor Management & Regional office opening•To open and close Regional Office, ensure cleanliness, coding and maintenance of fixed assets, computers, printers, cartage etc.•Vendor Management – Maintain proper filling of Agreement & bill of all the vendor and Receiving of all the payments etc.•Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analysing data, and identifying solutions.KRA 3: Courier management & CUG Management•To maintain CUG sheet (activation /&deactivation of new connection).•Update monthly all the deduction sheet of mobile to HO.KRA 4: Stationery & Travel arrangement•To meet stationery requirements of branch offices & Regional office on Daily basis.•To prepare /& renew lease deed & Agreements Management•To maintain stock register, key register, visitor register, generator log book register and employee movement register & submit the report to RM on monthly basis•To arrange meetings, trainings and visitors’ visit (including tickets, cab and hotel bookings)
