Job Description Summary of Skills & Experience: • Cross Functional experience in the area of Production, PPIC, FG/RM STORE, Vendor development, Project Management and Exports Division. • Experience in Managing Production & PPIC in a computerized atmosphere. • Well conversed with TPM tools & techniques, to bring about process improvement and control cost. • Expertise in Lean manufacturing techniques, Value stream mapping, manpower management, machine management & Planning, examining compliance of procedures & quality inspection. • Lead a three-year Program aimed at Improvement in Competitiveness through Productivity Improvement as Deputy Program Coordinator. • Good presentation skills, proficient in MS PowerPoint Acrobat and Languages - FoxPro, Dbase, SAP, etc. • Core team member in SAP implementation in plant in PP, MM module. • Thorough knowledge of ISO, QS 9000 and TS 16949 systems & has worked as coordinator for system implementation & certification. Key responsibility: • Heading Production-Planning & Inventory Control, Vendor development and Stores (RM and FG). • Responsible for Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning, Tool Manufacturing Plan, Machine Scheduling / Tracking & MIS. • Responsible for Inventory management & supply chain management. • Responsible for vendor selection, development and evaluation / monitoring. • Process owner for SAP implementation project in PP & MM modules. • Responsible for scheduler (Pre actor) implementation & working as Master Scheduler.
