The ideal candidate will have 0.5-1 years of overall Outsourcing accounting experience in accounting practices. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the financial success of our clients.What you will be doing:Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded like Sales, Payment, Credit Memo, Purchase Order etc.Keep bank accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions & assigning the proper GLMaintain all the records & files in a proper mannerVerifications of all day-to-day transactions of sales, payment, purchase orders etc.Record all expenses with proper invoices & maintain those invoices on cloudPreparing the Recurring Expense list, reviewing those expenses & keeping track of expenses every monthPrepare Weekly / Bi-weekly timesheet for payrollPost all credit card expenses with proper GL allocation and invoicesPrepare the Commission reports of Sales Representatives every month & record themMatch A/R aging & match the customer ledger balancesMaintain and record fixed assetsProducing error-free accounting reports and presenting their resultsUpdate accounts payable and perform reconciliationsPrepare and submit weekly/monthly reportsSupport seniors to perform month-end and year-end close processParticipate in external and internal training as requiredKeep up-to-date with US accounting rules & legislationWhat you bring:Must have 0.5-1 year of overall Outsourcing Accounting experienceExcellent math & logical skillsGood understanding of accounting principles and practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer softwareAdded Bonus If you have:Experience working with QuickBooks Educational Qualification:, or M.B.A (In Finance) or any equivalent graduation or post-graduationAbout Datastub:DataStub is a professional and reliable accounting firm that offers bookkeeping and accounting outsourcing services to businesses across the United States and Canada.
