Roles and Responsibilities Provide customer service and product information. Responsible for Cash and Customer transactions at the Teller counters. Supervising all Non-Cash transactions like DD/PO, fund transfer , RTGS,NEFT, looking at Branch administration and Lobby Management Resolution of customer queries/complaints and customer service to ensure walk in customers issues Generate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of Personal Bankers. Enhancing the value of existing accounts & Retention of existing portfolio. Retention and enhancement of the value of existing accounts of current account & saving account customers. Responsible for high quality service, customer relationship management, Queue Management. Co-ordination with Clients for understanding the business and functional requirements and provide assistance.
