Interface) Location Farakka Department AQCS Reporting to Site manager Position Purpose He should be able to coordinate both the external (client, subcontractors & suppliers) and internal interfaces (Management team,Discipline Engineers and Commercial team) to ensure timelyand effective project delivery. Dimensions He should be able to work independently and capable of fast decision making / guide team of engineers. Exposure to handling Indian and OverseasCustomers. Principal Accountabilities He should be able to work with Construction department and could handle team of engineers and handle project management and engineering activities of multiple Power, Oil & Gas & Chemical plant projects simultaneously. Exposure to handling Indian and Overseas Customers. Nature & Scope He should be able to Coordinate with Customer/ Contractors to maintain site construction requirements from End Customer meeting to specification requirements& deal with agencies. Person Profile Educational Qualification Diploma/ Graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with more than 15years of site construction experience. Experience Check all the Site Execution Work with the help of Drawing. Maintaining the DPR (Daily Progress Report), Weekly & Monthly Field Planning As per required target and make the proper arrangement with the help of Area Supervisors. Monitor & track project plans to ensure desiredoutcomes. Work closely with Manager &Planning Engineers for understanding and accomplishing their requirements regarding Data Analysis, and Reporting of the Analysis. Preparation and checking of sub-contractor progress. Understand the FQP requirement and adopt at field testing Plan the activities at site based on drawings as well as upcoming nearby structure. Need form work and staging knowledge, understand the staging drawing adopt the same at site. Document daily site activity and analyses the same find out site requirement to improve the site progress. Understand the work methodology risk assessment and HIRA. Maintain the site related document like pour card, JMR, hindrance report. Working as a civil engineer at construction company. Specific Skills Coordination of jobs with internal disciplines to ensure execution of work as per site requirement. Coordination of jobs with client and contractor/ vendor to ensure execution of work as per desired specifications & site requirement. Proven capability in facilitating & leading customer & internal meetings to generate records. Participation in design reviews, action tracking, scheduling and risk reviews Identify criticality of interface matters, highlighting risks and opportunities to the Project Management team. Responsible for quantity take-off, control, reporting and forecasting. Liaising with all responsible for all technical issues related to their area of specialization.
