Role demand detailed understanding about employee platforms, associated technologies, employee process etc. Key Responsibilities: Setup and drive Enterprise Employee experience program. Spearhead HR transformation project. Identify opportunities for automation and improve employee experience Finalize overall solution covering multiple systems, applications and interfaces . Drive integration requirements and Implementation. BOrganizational Relationships Reports to VP/ Supervises Employee Experience, HR, Finance reimbursement, Travel, attendance, Compliance and Legal CJob Dimensions Geographic Area Covered Pan India StakeholdersInternal All Departments External Partners DKey Result Areas Project / Delivery Management ·Employee experience program ·HRMS Transformation EIncumbent Characteristics Essential Desired Qualification Graduation, ·BE, MCA Experience ·12 plus years of Experience of working in HR technologies. ·Worked on systems like Darwinbox, people strong, people soft, SAP ripple hire, etc. ·5 plus year of experience of working on driving enterprise program for employee benefits, HR transformation. ·Shall have experience of managing large scale program with project management aspects and governance. ·Shall have worked on project requiring multiple technology integrations and API integrations.
