Job Title: Sales Executive Experience Required: 0-1 year Location: Gurugram, Haryana CTC: Up to ₹20,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, preparing and sending proposals, and supporting the sales team to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and direct outreach via phone, email, and social media. Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce the company’s products and services, and gauge interest in pursuing business opportunities. Proposal Preparation & Follow-ups: Prepare tailored proposals based on client requirements and follow up to ensure the proposals are received, reviewed, and to answer any questions. Client Communication & Relationship Management: Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that align with the company’s offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business. Conversion of Leads to Business: Convert leads into clients by guiding them through the sales process and closing deals effectively. Sales Support & Execution: Assist the sales team in developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets and objectives. Provide necessary support in presenting products or services to clients. Execution of Sales Activities with the Business Development Team: Work closely with the Business Development team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies, ensuring that the transition from lead generation to client acquisition is smooth. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Share valuable insights with the team to improve sales strategies. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the company’s CRM system. Ensure that customer data is properly managed for follow-ups and relationship-building. Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, meetings, and overall progress toward sales targets. Customer Service: Address client queries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred). Experience: 0-1 year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred, but freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales are also welcome. Skills: Working Experience with Computer Tools: Familiarity with sales tools and customer management software. Comfortable using digital tools to manage leads, sales, and customer interactions. Microsoft Tools Proficiency: Working experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint , etc. Ability to create reports, presentations, and communicate effectively using these tools. Adaptability with Tools: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software in a fast-paced work environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present solutions clearly to clients. Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving sales targets and driving results. Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
