The ideal candidate will have a background in medical or pharmaceutical studies and will be responsible for promoting and marketing our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, chemists, hospitals, and clinics in the area. Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion & Marketing: Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within Burdwan & Birbhum and surrounding areas. Provide product information, conduct presentations, and educate healthcare providers about the benefits and usage of our pharmaceutical products. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and healthcare institutions in the assigned region. Conduct regular follow-up visits with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and increase customer loyalty. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and enhance market share in the region. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitor products, industry trends, and customer needs. Use market insights to plan sales strategies and promotional campaigns, ensuring maximum penetration and visibility. Product Training & Support: Provide training and technical support to healthcare professionals, helping them understand the features and benefits of the pharmaceutical products. Organize educational sessions, seminars, and conferences in collaboration with medical professionals. Promotional Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events to increase brand awareness and product adoption. Support the distribution of marketing materials, samples, and other promotional tools. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with local pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines. Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, competitor analysis, and activity reports to be shared with senior management. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with the sales, product, and regulatory teams to ensure the smooth launch and promotion of products. Collaborate with team members to implement sales strategies and share market insights for better decision-making. Key Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: A degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm), Medical Science (BAMS, BHMS), or any other relevant medical/pharmaceutical qualification is essential. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, sales, or business development is preferred. Freshers with a strong academic background may also apply. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex product information clearly. Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Products: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and the healthcare landscape. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage with healthcare professionals and drive sales through effective negotiations and relationship-building.
