The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Azure OpenAI, cloud-native AI development, and scalable SaaS AI architecture.Key Responsibilities1. AI Product Execution & Cloud ArchitectureDevelop and optimize Azure OpenAI-powered recruitment automation tools.Deploy GPT-based AI models for real-time resume parsing, job matching, and intelligent candidate recommendations.Architect scalable cloud AI infrastructure, optimizing cost efficiency and system performance.Implement document retrieval, vector search, and RAG-based NLP workflows to enhance AI-driven hiring intelligence.2. SaaS AI Deployment & ScalabilityDesign and maintain enterprise-grade APIs for AI-driven recruiting automation.Deploy AI models with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), serverless functions, and DevOps pipelines for continuous integration.Implement cost-efficient scaling strategies to manage AI workloads across large data volumes.3. Strategic Cloud Optimization & AI Performance TuningOptimize AI performance and inference efficiency across cloud-based recruitment workflows.Implement AI cost monitoring, model retraining strategies, and compliance best practices.Ensure system security, governance, and enterprise AI readiness.4. Microsoft Ecosystem & Azure AI OptimizationEnhance Azure AI model deployment within Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure.Align AI engineering with cloud best practices, compliance, and security standards.Leverage Azure AI ecosystem for scalable, enterprise-grade AI automation.5. Future ATS/CRM Integrations & Recruitment Automation (Nice to Have)Develop AI-powered recruiting automation tools that integrate with ATS/CRM systems.Support integration strategies for Dynamics 365, Bullhorn, Workday, or other recruitment platforms.Leverage AI to enhance job matching, resume parsing, and recruiter efficiency tools.RequirementsTop Must-Have Skills for this role:1. Deep expertise in Azure OpenAI & AI Model OptimizationHands-on experience deploying Azure OpenAI Services, Cognitive Services, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.Expertise in GPT-based NLP, vector search, and AI automation.2. Scalable AI SaaS Product DevelopmentExperience building, scaling, and deploying AI-driven SaaS platforms.Strong proficiency in API architecture, AI-powered automation, and data engineering.3.
