Online Tutor - IB- PhysicsJob Type: Full-time (work from home)Eligibility/Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, Education, or a related field.Strong knowledge of the IB Physics curriculum and assessment requirements. Previous experience tutoring IB Physics students preferred.Work Experience: 0 months - 9 years of teaching in the relevant area. Experience in teaching IB Curriculum will be an added advantage.Remuneration: 3.6 LPA to 7 LPA (based on the eligibility and recruitment criteria)Working Days: 6 days, including Saturdays and Sundays, with one week off (Monday).Working Timings: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pmRoles & Responsibilities:We are seeking a passionate and experienced IB Physics tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics, particularly within the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, and a proven track record of helping students achieve academic success. As an IB Physics tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized instruction and support to students to help them excel in their IB Physics courses.   • Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the needs of individual students.  • Provide comprehensive instruction in IB Physics topics, including mechanics, thermal physics, waves, electricity and magnetism, atomic, nuclear, and quantum physics.  • Clarify complex concepts and theories through engaging explanations and real-world examples.  • Assist students in completing homework assignments, preparing for tests and examinations, and tackling challenging problems.  • Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes academic growth and confidence.  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to address areas of difficulty.  • Communicate regularly with students and their parents/guardians to provide updates on progress and discuss strategies for improvement.  • Stay informed about developments in the IB Physics curriculum and incorporate relevant changes into teaching practices.  • Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share best practices and resources for effective teaching.  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
