NOTE: WE ARE LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERSPosition: Workday Extender with HCM Time Tracking Modules Functional ConsultantLocation: RemoteRequired Experience 5-6 years.Responsibilities:Implement and configure Workday Extender solutions, focusing on HCM and Time Tracking modules.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Time Tracking and HCM-related functionalities.Design, develop, and configure time tracking processes, rules, and integrations with Workday’s HCM system.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time tracking, absence management, and HCM functionalities.Provide support and training to end-users on best practices for utilizing the Workday Time Tracking module.Maintain Workday Extender solutions, ensuring system updates, patches, and configurations align with evolving business needs.Document configuration, customizations, and business processes for the Workday HCM and Time Tracking system.Perform system testing, data validation, and integration validation to ensure the solutions are implemented successfully.
