The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, and closing deals to achieve business growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.strong follow up with client and client meetingsdaily basis task completion ,revert client on mail same day.Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing customers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits to customers.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.Requirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Fluency in English, Hindi, etc.Willingness to travel (if required).Benefits:Competitive salary with attractive incentives and performance bonuses.Career growth and development opportunities.Training and mentorship programs.Flexible working hours (if applicable).
