If you are well versed in customizing SAP B1 on SQL Server and HANA, developing add-ons, creating Crystal Reports, integrating third-party software, and providing post-implementation support and database management, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP B1 consultants, developers, and project managers.Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the practice.Oversee the delivery of SAP B1 projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets.Establish and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to clients, helping them leverage SAP B1 to achieve their business objectives.Customize and develop solutions for SAP B1 using SDK, C#.Net, DI API, UI API, and other SAP-supported tools.Perform SAP B1 customization on SQL Server and SAP HANA platforms, including UDFs, UDAs, and UDOs.Design and develop SAP B1 add-ons and extensions to meet client-specific requirements.Create and optimize SQL Server and SAP HANA queries for improved database performance.Develop and customize reports using Crystal Reports and Print Layout Design (PLD).Work with B1if Integration Framework and Service Layer for seamless third-party integrations.Handle data migration tasks during SAP B1 implementations and upgrades.Enable dashboards and integrate SAP B1 with mobile solutions for enhanced usability.Troubleshoot and resolve post-go-live issues, providing ongoing support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical requirements.Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs and testing results.Conduct unit testing to ensure the functionality of customized solutions.Technical Expertise:Proficiency in SAP B1 SDK (DI API, UI API, DI Server, Screen Painter).Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SAP HANA query development.Expertise in Crystal Reports, PLD, and dashboard creation.Hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ) and web applications.Experience with B1if Integration Framework and Service Layer.Familiarity with SAP B1 Mobile Integration and third-party software integration.Why Join Us?We provide robust career development opportunities, including ongoing training, certifications, and pathways to leadership roles.Our collaborative and inclusive work environment ensures that all team member’s contributions are valued and recognized.Our team comprises highly skilled professionals who are passionate about delivering excellence.
