We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with a strong background in FMCG Sales Hiring. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify, attract, and secure Sales talent to fuel our business growth. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with sales leaders to maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for various sales roles, from entry-level to mid senior level.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment process for key sales positions, including Area Sales Managers (ASM), Key Account Managers (KAM), and Sales Officer etc.Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, professional referrals, networking events, and industry connections to find and engage top FMCG sales talent.Partner with Regional Sales Heads, Zonal Managers, and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to understand hiring needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and salary benchmarks to make informed hiring decisions. Conduct initial screenings, lead competency-based interviews, and coordinate assessment centers to ensure the best candidate fit.Drive diversity-focused hiring practices to build a well-rounded, innovative, and high-performing sales team. Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates to measure and improve hiring efficiency.Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to enhance our presence as an employer of choice for FMCG sales professionals.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a recruiter in the FMCG or related industries (at least 5 years).Experience recruiting for international or global positions is preferred.Strong understanding of the FMCG market, trends, and talent pool.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds.Familiarity with various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation skills and experience in offer management.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience with recruitment marketing or employer branding initiatives.
