This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the quality and reliability of applications that drive business value.WHAT YOU GET TO DO :Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on functional and technical requirements.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure application quality.Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.Automate test cases using tools compatible with the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Azure DevOps or Selenium Test Framework.Monitor and report test results, providing actionable insights to improve the software development lifecycle.Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the development process.Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups within an Agile environment.WHAT YOU BRING :Proven experience as a QA Tester, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.Experience with Microsoft technology stack, including:Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and test case management.Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) testing is a plus.SQL Server for database validation.
