Exp - 9 years +( Should have lead Exp )Shift Time - 6:30pm-2:30am Remote opportunity also available .Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive manual and automated testing of insurance and broker-related applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Collaborate closely with development and project Management teams to understand application functionality and provide feedback on design and implementation.- Utilize scripting languages to automate test processes and improve testing efficiency.- Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities.- Participate in requirement analysis and design review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing.- Ability to provide demonstration of functional areas to Business owners.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to document and report testing activities clearly and concisely.- A proactive approach to identifying potential issues and suggesting improvements.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in using automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).- Proficiency in scripting languages for test automation (e.g.Java).- In-depth knowledge of insurance and broker-related applications.- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA).- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred.
