About the Role We need a VP of Growth Marketing (or Head of Performance Marketing) who will manage our customer acquisition and retention strategy to generate measurable revenue growth through all marketing channels. The position demands close collaboration with leadership alongside creative teams and agencies to enhance our marketing performance.In this prominent position your efforts will drive our revenue growth immediately.What You’ll Do Revenue Growth & Acquisition Strategy Implement an integrated performance marketing approach that spans paid media platforms including Meta and Google as well as SEO initiatives and email marketing in conjunction with affiliate and influencer marketing efforts.Find and prioritize acquisition opportunities that deliver high return on investment while preserving profitability as you scale customer outreach.Implement funnel strategies by optimizing landing pages and offers while testing ad creative to achieve maximum conversion rates.Paid & Organic Campaign Management Manage and optimize advertising campaigns between Meta, Google and new paid marketing channels.Collaborate with our performance marketing agency to enhance ad creative work, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.Coordinate with the creative team to evaluate innovative ad formats and test new hooks and messaging strategies.Engage in ongoing optimization and A/B testing for landing pages and email sequences through ad copy analysis.Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Manage the marketing dashboard and KPIs to maintain clarity for CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention metrics.Analyze data from Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platforms to inform strategic decisions.Spot trends and gaps along with new opportunities then swiftly adjust your strategies to achieve enhanced performance.Leadership & Cross-Team Collaboration Effective collaboration with graphic designers and copywriters alongside external agencies is necessary to achieve alignment between marketing materials and performance targets.Offer valuable feedback that helps enhance ad creatives along with landing pages and email flows.Manage a successful marketing team while we continue to grow in size.Budget Ownership & Forecasting Take responsibility for the performance marketing budget while optimizing its allocation for efficiency.Align business goals with both spending projections and revenue impact forecasts.What We’re Looking For The candidate must have more than two years of leadership experience and cross-functional team management responsibilities.Demonstrated proficiency in Meta Ads management together with Google Ads operations and expertise in SEO alongside email marketing and affiliate/influencer partnership strategies.The candidate should demonstrate robust analytical abilities to analyze data and implement data-driven decisions that enhance performance.Expertise in optimizing conversion rates combined with skills in landing page testing and funnel optimization.The candidate demonstrates excellent leadership abilities by providing teams and partners with clear and actionable feedback.Demonstrate proficiency at navigating a fast-paced environment and adjusting strategies promptly.
