Responsibilities: 1.Content Creation & Scheduling: ∙Design visually appealing social media posts using Canva templates while adhering to brand guidelines. ∙Draft engaging social media posts using Flick and other scheduling tools. ∙Edit video and audio recordings to create high-quality content for various platforms. 2.Podcast Management: ∙Assist in producing, editing, and publishing podcast episodes. ∙Identify and invite potential guests for the podcast, ensuring a diverse and valuable lineup. ∙Research and book guest appearances for the business owner on other relevant podcasts. 3.Social Media Engagement & Strategy: ∙Manage the distribution of content across multiple social media platforms. ∙Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions. ∙Collaborate with the team to refine content strategies and ensure alignment with business goals. 4.Administrative & Coordination Support: ∙Maintain an organized content calendar for social media and podcast schedules. ∙Track performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. ∙Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. Qualifications: ∙Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred) ∙Prior experience in social media content creation and management. ∙Proficiency in Canva, Flick, and other social media scheduling tools. ∙Experience with video and audio editing software. Strong creative and storytelling abilities. ∙Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. ∙Strong written and verbal communication skills. ∙Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Shift-US shiftSalary-20-23k (4 hours)
